Guide: Jeremy Rasnick

My goal and passion is to entertain people while teaching them new tricks and techniques to catch fish, while using top notch equipment. I take pride in fishing the opportunity and conditions.

I was born and raised on the banks of Lake Taneycomo, growing up riding my bicycle to the waters edge after school, seeing how many trout I could catch before dinner. In high school and college I worked as a dock hand at the State Park Marina on Table Rock Lake. My passion for being on the water runs deep. I have a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the College of the Ozarks better known as (Hard Work U), as well as a Masters of Science degree in Environmental Management from Webster University. While in college, my summers consisted of several road trips with college buddies fly fishing the rivers and streams of Colorado and Montana, and bass fishing and cat fishing the lakes in between.

I am a former Park Ranger with the US Army Corps of Engineers, serving the public and protecting our lakes natural resources. I am excited to be at a point in my life where I can teach people how to enjoy these natural resources I have spent a career in protecting. As a professional Fishing Guide, I have the opportunity not only to meet new people everyday, but to teach people how to enjoy these Ozark Lakes, by catching fish. I focus on understanding my clients’ expectations, and tailoring each trip to meet their needs. From seeing a client catch their first fish on a fly, their first fish period, or getting our next generation fired up about the outdoors, is why I do what I do.

I am currently operating a 2021 Xpress 22’ center console aluminum bay boat, powered by a 175 horsepower Yamaha outboard, providing plenty of room for the whole family.
